Send the make, the model, the year and the engine, or the number stamped on the old part. We confirm the reference before anything is ordered.
We supply workshops and resellers. Quantities and terms are agreed in writing before the first order goes out.
If the reference we confirmed does not fit, it comes back and the right one goes out. We would rather lose the trip than lose the workshop.
Tell us the make, the model and the year, and back comes the reference, the price and what is actually on the shelf.
When a cheaper equivalent does the same job, we say so, even though the branded part bills more.
Reference, quantity and the agreed date are filed against the order, so a repeat order arrives the same rather than nearly the same.
What fits what is settled before the order is confirmed, not after the box is opened in the workshop.
Most of what we move goes to workshops close by, which makes an exchange quick and a return simple.
